Full Reviews: Love for Ten – Generation of Youth (러브포텐 – 순정의 시대) – 2013

Genres: Romance, Friendship, Coming-of-Age, Comedy

Overall Rating: 8/10

As a novel turned miniseries, Love for Ten seems to be rather underrated. It is a quirky, and light-hearted story about a first year engineering student who makes unexpected friends, and falls in love with his “dream” girl. It’s filled with funny and sweet moments, and definitely worth a watch if you’re looking for fluff that doesn’t overwhelm you, or if you’re looking to relive the energy and passion of youth. (Not to mention a must-watch if you’re a fan of Infinite’s Lee Seong-yeol, 4minute’s Jihyun, and Clara Lee.

I loved about the character development, which progressed gradually, and logically. The chemistry of the cast was also fun to watch. Although using the play as the platform for the ending was a creative idea, it drew out the ending a bit too much.
